Prepaid Orders Sample Clauses
The 'prepaid-orders' clause establishes that payment for goods or services must be made in advance before the seller begins fulfillment. In practice, this means the buyer is required to remit the full purchase price or a specified deposit prior to the seller processing, manufacturing, or shipping the order. This clause ensures the seller receives payment security, reducing the risk of non-payment and enabling better cash flow management.
