Common use of Prepaid Items and Deposits Clause in Contracts

Prepaid Items and Deposits. All prepaid items and deposits -------------------------- paid by Seller or the Company (excluding prepaid insurance, prepaid property taxes and any items specifically excluded in Section 2.2 herein) primarily in connection with the operation of the Business in existence on the Closing Date including, without limitation, prepaid rent, prepaid supplies (collectively, "Prepaid Items and Deposits"). For informational purposes, the Prepaid Items and Deposits as of September 30, 1999 are reflected on the September 30, 1999 Company Balance Sheet.
