Common use of Premium Clause in Contracts

Premium. An employee on-call shall be paid premium of three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75) per hour for the first seventy-two (72) hours on-call in a calendar month. Thereafter, the employee shall receive four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) per hour.

Premium. An employee on-on call shall be paid a premium of three dollars one dollar and seventytwenty-five cents ($3.751.25) per hour for the first seventy-two (72) hours on-on call in a calendar month. An Effective April 1, 2009, an employee on-call shall be paid premium of three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75) 3.75 per hour for the first seventy-two (72) 72 hours on-call in a calendar month. Thereafter, the employee shall receive four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) 4.25 per hour.

Premium. An Effective April 1, 2009, an employee on-call shall be paid premium of three dollars and seventy$3.75 per hour for the first 72 hours on-five cents (call in a calendar month. Thereafter, the employee shall receive $3.75) 4.25 per hour. Effective April 1, 2016, an employee on-call shall be paid a premium of $5.75 per hour for the first seventy-two (72) hours on-call in a calendar month.
