Premium Stabilization Committee. A Premium Stabilization Committee shall be formed to meet and discuss alternative group health insurance options and programs, including methods and mechanisms that might mitigate the effect of future group health insurance premium increases. The Premium Stabilization Committee shall consist of one (1) representative from the ASSOCIATION and one (1) representative from management. The meetings will take place on mutually agreed upon dates and times.
