Common use of Premium Payment Date Clause in Contracts

Premium Payment Date. The Executive's Premiums and the Employer's Premiums shall be paid to the Insurance Company concurrently on such date during the first five (5) Plan Years as may be required by the Insurance Company to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Premium Payment Date. The Executive's Premiums and the Employer's Premiums shall be paid to the Insurance Company concurrently on such date during the first five (5) Plan 161 Years as may be required by the Insurance Company to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
