Common use of Premises; Term Clause in Contracts

Premises; Term. Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord, the Premises for a term (the 'Sublease Term") commencing on the date (the "Commencement Date") which is the earlier of (i) the date of occupancy agreed to by Sublandlord and Subtenant, or (ii) February 1, 1998, and ending on the date which is two (2) years from such date (the "Expiration Date") unless sooner terminated according to the terms hereof.
