Common use of Premises Partially Damaged and Repairable within 180 Days Clause in Contracts

Premises Partially Damaged and Repairable within 180 Days. If in the opinion of Landlord, the damage can be made good as aforesaid within 180 days of the happening of such destruction or damage, and the damage is such that the Premises are capable of being partially used for the purposes for which leased, until such damage has been repaired, rent shall xxxxx in the proportion that the part of the Premises rendered unfit for occupancy bears to the whole of the Premises.
