PREMISES LEASED; DESCRIPTION. Landlord hereby leases unto Tenant the following described premises Suite 103 containing approximately 785 rentable square feet in a building commonly known as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Boulder, State of Colorado (the “Premises”) a more detailed description of the Premises, Building, and real Property being set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto; the leasing of which is made according to the terms of this Agreement; together with all appurtenances thereto, and all fixtures attached thereto, in present condition, and together with nonexclusive reasonable access on such roadways, sidewalks, and other common areas of which the Premises are a part.
