PREMISES FOR DATA PROCESSING. With the exception of the services to be performed by the ALLTEL Account Manager and any Variable Staff working on-site at Client's facility in accordance with this Section, ALLTEL shall perform the Services identified in this Agreement at facilities owned by ALLTEL or an ALLTEL Affiliate. Client recognizes that Disaster Recovery Services as described in Exhibit K may be provided by a third party, if deemed appropriate by ALLTEL.
