Premises Contracts Clause Samples

A Premises Contracts clause defines the terms and conditions under which a party is granted the right to use or occupy a specific property or location. This clause typically outlines the scope of permitted use, duration of occupancy, maintenance responsibilities, and any restrictions or obligations related to the premises. For example, it may specify whether alterations are allowed, who is responsible for repairs, or the process for resolving disputes over property use. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate rights and responsibilities regarding the premises, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes between the parties.
