Premises Closure Clause Samples

The Premises Closure clause outlines the conditions and procedures for closing or vacating a leased property at the end of a lease term or upon early termination. It typically specifies the tenant’s obligations regarding the condition of the premises, such as removing personal property, repairing any damage, and returning keys or access devices. This clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities during the transition, minimizing disputes and facilitating a smooth handover of the property.
