Common use of Premises Acceptance As Is Clause in Contracts

Premises Acceptance As Is. Concessionaire accepts the Premises in its present condition, as is, where is, and with all faults. The Board shall not be obligated to construct additional improvements or to modify existing improvements, nor to provide services of any type, character, or nature (including any utilities or telephone service) on or to the Premises during the Term of this Lease other than those stated in this Lease to be provided by the Board.
