Preloading. As of the Amendment Date, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, T-Mobile may preload, or direct its Service Providers to preload, the Company Applications on Wireless Devices and distribute those Wireless Devices to Subscribers without amending the list of Wireless Devices on Schedule #1. In addition, Section 2.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
