The Buyer’s review and approval, during the escrow period, of the preliminary title report and other matters of record, not of record or which might be revealed by a survey or inspection of the Property will not be a contingency or condition for the completion of the purchase of the Property after the Buyer’s execution of the Purchase Contract.
