Common use of Preliminary Relief Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Relief. Notwithstanding Section 11.1, a Party may seek and apply for preliminary and/or permanent injunctive relief through the equitable powers of courts in the State of New York at any time to prevent ongoing or threatened harm due to an applicable breach of this Agreement or other good cause.
