Common use of Preliminary Relief Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Relief. A Party is entitled to seek interlocutory relief and/or a preliminary injunction without first following the procedure of this Section 10.1; provided that it also invokes the procedure of this Section 10.1 in parallel. Each Party hereby irrevocably waives its right to jury trial of any and all disputes arising under this Agreement, and consents to have such disputes decided instead by a judge or justice.
