Preliminary Relief. At any point after a Dispute has arisen, in the event interim or provisional relief is necessary to protect the rights or property of a party under Section 9 of these Terms of Sale or otherwise prior to the resolution of the Dispute, either party may, without waiving any process or remedy under these Terms of Sale, seek such relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
