Common use of Preliminary Injunctions Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Injunctions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 11.8, a Party shall have the right to seek a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage on a provisional basis, pending the decision of the arbitrator(s) on the merits under this Section 11.8.

Preliminary Injunctions.
