Preliminary Engineering Study. The Participant agrees to complete the Preliminary Engineering Study and prepare a Draft Report and a Final Report as set out in Section 4 on the results of such Preliminary Engineering Study in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Study Report Minimum Requirements and the Preliminary Engineering Study SOW attached hereto in Schedule "B" and Schedule "C", respectively.
Preliminary Engineering Study. The Participant agrees to complete the Preliminary Engineering Study and prepare a Draft Report and Final Report as set out in Section 5(b) hereof on the results of such Preliminary Engineering Study in accordance with
(a) Exhibit B – Preliminary Engineering Study Minimum Requirements to the Program Rules; and (b) the Application. Any conflict or inconsistency between the Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Application, and the Proposal, on the one hand, and the Information Requests or IRs, on the other hand, shall be resolved in favour of the IRs unless otherwise provided by the IESO, and any conflict or inconsistency between the Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Application and the Proposal shall be resolved in favour of the Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Application. As of the date hereof, the Parties agree that the description of the Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Application set out at Schedule “B” is complete and accurate.

Preliminary Engineering Study. This task consists of the preliminary study efforts to better understand the existing conditions of the project property and surrounding areas and understand the BMP options as it pertains to water quality treatment. The efforts described in the subtasks below will ultimately be summarized in a Preliminary Engineering Study Technical Memorandum for the City to review.
Preliminary Engineering Study. The scope of services for this project includes the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Study (PES) for the City of Overland Park (City) that meets the requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Stormwater Management Program (County SMP). The existing stormwater conveyance system to be included within the PES is described below and illustrated on the attached drawing.
