Common use of Preferred Equity Clause in Contracts

Preferred Equity. Any preferred stock, preferred partnership interests, preferred member interests or other preferred equity interests issued by the Borrower, the Trust or any of their respective Subsidiaries. Protected Interest Rate Agreement. An agreement which evidences the interest protection arrangements required by §8.15, and all extensions, renewals, modifications, amendments, substitutions and replacements thereof.
