Common use of Preferred Content Provider Clause in Contracts

Preferred Content Provider. (a) Scope. In the event that Clearwire provides third party content to customers over its network in any Market Area where Licensee is a party to an EBS Spectrum Capacity IUA, Licensee shall be a "Preferred Content Provider" over such network in that Market Area. As a Preferred Content Provider, Licensee shall have the same degree of access to, and use of, any system capability, service or feature set that is provided to premium third party content providers.
