By marking you agree that you have read the terms and conditions of the FTP and understand your tuition and fees will be fixed at the contract rate. The fixed rate is subject to change in accordance with Legislative approved actions. Fixed Tuition Opt Out. Mark this option if you do not wish to participate in the FTP. By marking you agree to opt out of the FTP and understand that your tuition and fees will be assessed according to the variable rate at the time of your registration.
