Preference Over Dues. It is understood and agreed that other legally 39 required deductions shall have preference over the aforesaid Labor Council dues. 40 41 Section 3.3 Payment/Labor Council All dues collected under this Article shall be paid 42 by the Employer within thirty (30) days, together with a listing of the members for whom 43 deductions were made, to the Treasurer of F.O.P.
