Proceeding - Any judicial action, suit or proceeding (whether civil or criminal), any administrative proceeding (whether formal or informal), any investigation by a governmental authority or entity (including a grand jury), and any arbitration, mediation or other non-judicial process for dispute resolution.. RCRA - The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended. Real Estate Taxes - All real estate taxes, including general and special assessments, if any, which are imposed upon the Land, and any improvements thereon.
