Common use of Preconstruction Phase Fee Clause in Contracts

Preconstruction Phase Fee. For the performance of the services set forth under paragraphs 2.1.3(l), 2.1.4(a)(b)(c)(d), 2.3(1) and 2.3(2) and for profit and overhead related to these services, a total fee of ($ Amount).
