Pre-tax Benefits Program. To the extent provided by law, the University will continue to provide a pre-tax benefits program for Faculty which includes the opportunity to: (1) pay for their State insurance premiums on a pre- tax basis and (2) utilize flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses, (3) voluntary 403(b) investment plan, and (4) State-provided 457 deferred compensation plan.
