Pre-Tax Basis Sample Clauses
Pre-Tax Basis. The City shall adopt a resolution pursuant to Internal Revenue Code 414(H) (2) such that, to the extent permitted by law, the retirement contributions herein shall be on a pre-tax basis.
Pre-Tax Basis. All premiums in excess of those established in 12.1 above shall be borne by the individual employee on a pre-tax basis. Deductions for each pay period shall be equal.

Such procedure shall apply to all payroll deductions for health insurance regardless of the plan in which the nurse is participating.
