Pre-Shipment Sample Clauses

Pre-Shipment. Prior to any shipment of Sipex Products to Sipex or Sipex's designee (such as a third-party packaging house), Silan shall perform a Wafer Level Probe test on each wafer of Sipex Product and ensure each Sipex Product conforms to the Acceptance Criteria set forth on Exhibit C-4 or as otherwise agreed upon between the Parties.
