PRE-REFERENCE RELIEF. The parties may apply to the Los Angeles Superior Court for injunctive or other pre-judgment relief prior to the appointment of the referee, and such application and related proceedings prior to the appointment of the referee shall not be a waiver of the enforceability and application of this judicial reference agreement to such Dispute or any other Dispute.
