Pre-Provisioning Meeting. 2.1.2.1 The Seller shall organize a pre-provisioning meeting (“Pre-Provisioning Meeting”) at the Airbus Spares Center, or any other location as may be mutually agreed, for the purpose of defining an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the initial provisioning (hereinafter “Initial Provisioning”) of Material (the “Initial Provisioning Material”). During the Pre-Provisioning Meeting, the Seller shall familiarize the Buyer with the provisioning process, methods and formulae of calculation and documentation. 2.1.2.2 The date of the meeting shall be *** for the Initial Provisioning Conference referred to in Article 2.1.3 below.
