Common use of Pre-Provisioning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Pre-Provisioning Meeting. 2.1.2.1 The Seller shall organize a pre-provisioning meeting (“Pre-Provisioning Meeting”) at the ANACS Spares Center or any other location as may be mutually agreed, for the purpose of defining an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the initial provisioning (hereinafter “Initial Provisioning”) of Material (the “Initial Provisioning Material”). During the Pre-Provisioning Meeting, the Seller shall familiarize the Buyer with the provisioning process, methods and formulae of calculation and documentation. 2.1.2.2 The date of the meeting shall be mutually agreed upon, allowing a minimum preparation time of eight (8) weeks for the Initial Provisioning Conference referred to in Article 2.1.3 below.
