Pre-Provisioning Meeting. 2.2.1 The Seller shall organize a pre-provisioning meeting ("PRE-PROVISIONING MEETING") at its Materiel Support Centre or at Buyer's site for the purpose of formulating an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the initial provisioning of Materiel. 2.2.2 The date of the meeting shall be mutually agreed upon, allowing a minimum preparation time of eight (8) weeks for the Initial Provisioning Conference referred to in Clause 2.4 below.
