Pre-Provisioning Meeting. 2.2.1 The Seller shall organize a pre-provisioning meeting (the “Pre-Provisioning Meeting”) at the Airbus Material Center, or any other location as may be mutually agreed upon, for the purpose of defining an acceptable schedule and working procedure for the preparation of the initial issue of the Provisioning Data and the Initial Provisioning Conference referred to in Articles 2.3 and 2.4 below. During the Pre-Provisioning Meeting, the Seller shall familiarize the Buyer with the provisioning processes, methods and formulae of calculation and documentation. 2.2.2 The Pre-Provisioning Meeting shall take place no later than nine (9) months prior to Scheduled Delivery Month of the first Aircraft. The date of the meeting shall be mutually agreed upon, allowing a minimum preparation time of eight (8) weeks for the Initial Provisioning Conference.
