Pre-Production Testing. Pre-Production testing will be done to confirm that the Software functions in a manner consistent with the Specifications and to confirm that the Software operates in a manner nsistent with applicable Customer "Model Office" requirements/protocols which Model Office requirements/protocols will become Attachment 3.10.4
(A) to this Implementation Agreement as and when they are jointly developed. It is understood and agreed that the Performance Standards will be jointly determined by HSD and Customer and will include variables such as testing procedures, the determination of applicable performance measures for the specification on the Designated System and the technical requirements for any additional Software functionality as more fully described in Attachment 3.10.4(B) to this Implementation Agreement.
Pre-Production Testing. Before using tooling produced pursuant to this Contract, Buyer shall make pre-production test cutting, at Buyer’s expense, to ensure that materials cut and/or parts produced meet production specifications. Buyer shall run tests using first quality parts that are intended to be run in production.
Pre-Production Testing a) Xiaoya, as required per section 4.01(d), will provide the seven- (7) units, for engineering testing as defined by TurboChef in Schedule D as follows: i) 2 - for door tests at Xiaoya factory in Jinan; ii) 1 - for accelerated life testing at Xiaoya factory in Jinan; iii) 2 - for accelerated life testing at TurboChef; _________ _________ Xiaoya TurboChef _________ _________ Date Date
Pre-Production Testing. Service Provider’s responsibilities include:
1. Perform integrated pre-production testing, for all Service Provider supported Software (e.g. ITSM, Chargeback, Portal).
Pre-Production Testing. Supplier will substantiate that an integrated pre-production test has been successfully completed prior to migrating code into the Company’s production environment from any development environment, including that of Supplier, Company, or any other Third-Party Vendor, in each case, where the production environment relates to systems managed by Supplier.
1. Verify that Projects are ready to move into production.
2. Confirm that the following tests have been completed:
a. Compatibility testing for any Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and custom-developed Applications;
b. Unit and functional testing;
c. Systems integration testing;
d. LAN/WAN connectivity testing;
e. Load/stress testing including performance and volume testing;
f. Application inter-connectivity testing which simulates Company’s production environment.
3. Coordinate the resolution of infrastructure-integration-related issues.
4. Verify compliance with the Company’s quality assurance procedures.
5. Verify all required testing documentation has been completed.
6. Monitor and review testing errors in order to improve test models over time.
7. Log test results.
8. Conduct a walk-through of test results.
9. Review the stress test results to verify that the projected additional Capacity fits within the projected Capacity utilization.
10. Provide knowledge transfer to the Application maintenance team, as applicable.
