Pre-Implementation Planning. Promptly following the Effective Date, representatives of the parties shall meet to conduct a pre-implementation planning meeting, whereby the parties shall designate the respective responsibilities of the parties for implementing the HCHB System, including the designation of required computer hardware and related hosting accessories and the schedule for conducting the training of Client and all initial Licensed Users initially designated by Client. Client will bear [****] associated with such activities [****]. Each party will bear its own travel expenses.
Pre-Implementation Planning. The parties agree to participate in a kickoff meeting (the time, date and place thereof to be mutually agreed upon by the parties’ project managers) to plan the implementation. Customer will ensure that such kickoff meeting will include participation from Customer’s (to the extent applicable) director of pharmacy, pharmacy project manager, facilities manager, IT representative and technical services representative. The pre‐implementation process will include agreement by the parties on an appropriate site, including address, specific location, etc. (an “Installation Site”) for the proper installation of each item of Equipment, taking into account all site preparation requirements given to Customer by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, including physical, IT, electrical and environmental requirements (“Site Requirements”).
