Common use of Pre-Existing Condition Clause in Contracts

Pre-Existing Condition. There is no coverage and no benefit will be payable for any Pre-existing Condition that was not Stable during the Pre-Existing Condition Period immediately preceding the Coverage Period.

Pre-Existing Condition. There is no coverage and no benefit will be payable paid for any Pre-existing Existing Condition that was not Stable during the Pre-Existing Condition Period immediately preceding the beginning of the Coverage Period.
