Pre-Existing Compounds. Sumitomo shall have no rights to any pre-existing CombiChem compound unless and until such compound is designated as a Collaboration Compound by CombiChem. CombiChem shall have no rights to any pre-existing Sumitomo compound which is not utilized in the Research Program.
