Pre-Draft Sample Clauses
The "Pre-Draft" clause establishes the terms and conditions that apply before a formal contract or agreement is finalized. Typically, this clause outlines the parties' intentions, confidentiality obligations, or procedures for sharing information during the negotiation or drafting phase. For example, it may specify that any discussions or documents exchanged prior to the final agreement are non-binding or subject to change. Its core function is to clarify the legal status of pre-contractual communications, reducing misunderstandings and managing expectations before a binding agreement is executed.
