Pre-Completion Operations. The Parties agree that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its Affiliates may incur costs and expenditure with respect to the Development of HMPL-004 after the date of this Agreement. Upon, and subject to, the occurrence of the Effective Date, the Company will reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or its Affiliates for such costs and expenditure incurred between the date of this Agreement and the Effective Date, upon receipt of reasonable written justification.
