Pre-Competition Stage. (i) to provide support in relation to the drafting of the ITT as well as the draft commercial framework agreement and call-off terms and schedules; (ii) Review the statements of requirement and scenarios from a legal (not technical) perspective to ensure that they do not introduce legal risk and do not contradict the contract or procurement documents. (iii) advise on the Regulations (including their application) in relation to the framework agreement and award processes (including award criteria) under it; (iv) provide support liaising with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) during steering boards on terms and conditions and the necessary legal inclusions to support the novation of the contract to CCS. (v) Provide relevant legal support on other related legal issues arising during the pre- competition stage when requested to do so.
