Common use of Pre-Billing Clause in Contracts

Pre-Billing. Accounts with respect to which an invoice, reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders in form and detail (it being understood and agreed that invoices in the form provided to the Lenders prior to the Closing Date are acceptable to the Required Lenders), has not been sent to the applicable Account Debtor;

Pre-Billing.
