Common use of Pre-Billing Clause in Contracts

Pre-Billing. Accounts with respect to which an invoice, reasonably acceptable to Agent in form and detail (it being understood and agreed that invoices in the form provided to the Agent prior to the Closing Date are acceptable to Agent), has not been sent to the applicable Account Debtor;

Pre-Billing.
