Practitioner performance. NHS England Midlands and East (Central Midlands) will share current concerns based on risk relating to individual practitioners at the Leicester City CCG Risk Sharing Group, East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG Risk Sharing Group, or the West Leicestershire CCG Primary Care Commissioning Committee.
