Practices Obligations Clause Samples

The "Practice’s Obligations" clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that the practice (such as a medical or professional services firm) must fulfill under the agreement. This may include requirements to provide certain services, maintain professional standards, comply with applicable laws, and ensure proper record-keeping or reporting. For example, the clause might obligate the practice to deliver services within agreed timelines or to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Its core function is to clearly outline what is expected from the practice, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over performance or compliance.
