The "Practice Services" clause defines the scope and nature of professional services to be provided under the agreement. Practice Services. The annual fee paid by you to ▇▇. ▇▇▇ encompasses the majority of services already provided by ▇▇. ▇▇▇ (“Services”), including, but not limited to the following:
Practice Services. The Practice agrees to provide certain healthcare services to the Patient as a member of its Direct Primary Care Subscription (the “Subscription”). Subscription includes unlimited clinic visits for primary and urgent care, a comprehensive annual physical, and some routine laboratory tests, as well as the comprehensive menu of procedures listed on Schedule A to this Agreement. All services will be provided by licensed physicians and non-physician practitioners who are authorized to provide the services. The Subscription does not cover medical services that you may receive outside of the Practice.
Practice Services. Practice shall provide the Practice Services described above for the applicable Clinical Research Trials as requested by SiteRx in accordance with applicable law, industry best practices, and the terms of this Agreement.
