Practice Laws. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, the MSO shall not take any action in connection with the services to be rendered hereunder that violates any Law, including, without limitation, the performance of any task or the taking of any action which violates the Business and Professions Code of the State as it relates to professional orthodontic practices.
