Common use of PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. PHC-SUB shall provide to the Practice the practice development services provided for in this Section 4 which are intended to identify and evaluate for --------- the Practice opportunities for: (i) expanding ancillary and other services and adding Medical Offices and Practice Employees; and (ii) creating greater efficiency and economy in the operation of the Practice (collectively the "Practice Development Services") in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Section 4 and the other provisions of this Agreement. ---------
