Common use of PPM Clause in Contracts

PPM. The PPM does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state any material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading and no event or circumstance has occurred since the date of the PPM that would cause the PPM to contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
