Powers of Trustee. Subject to Sections 3 and 4, the Trustee shall have full power and authority with respect to any and all moneys, securities and other property at any time received or held in the Trust Fund to do all such acts, take all such proceedings and exercise all such rights and privileges, whether herein specifically referred to or not, as could be done, taken or exercised by the absolute owner thereof, including, without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following:
