Common use of Powers and Duties of General Partner Clause in Contracts

Powers and Duties of General Partner. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the General Partner shall have all rights and powers of General Partner under the Act, and shall have all authority, rights and powers in the management of the Partnership business to do any and all other acts and things necessary, proper, convenient or advisable to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the General Partner may appoint a third party to provide property management services with respect to the Property, including an affiliate of The Burlington Capital Group LLC.
